Welcome back France! We have missed the culinary capital of the world and it is brilliant to have it back. We love French food but have some work to do to build up a portfolio of recipes. We have started off with Baked Camembert, French Onion Soup, Chicken Liver Parfait, Smoked Mackerel Pate and Madeleines. There is also a crossover of food from Monaco so we can include Red Onion, Gruyere and Rosemary Fougasse, Salad Nicose, Cognac ‘n’ Herb Tapenade and Mille-Feuille with Roast Strawberries and Mascarpone.
